| Visas |

| The first and most common is the H visa. |
| |
| The recent increase of the allotment did not otherwise facilitate the delivery process, which remains long and arduous. Provided US companies are ready to wait from 3 to 6 months for their candidate, Vaience arranges such a recruitment. Fortunately, the delay should be reduced soon. |

| The second is the J type. |
| |
| The J visa was designed to help students acquire professional experience in the US. By extension, non-students can also participate for career advancement purposes, if they can prove relevant previous work experience. It is substantially quicker to obtain than a H visa, between 4 and 6 weeks. |

| The J visa is a non-immigration Exchange Visitor visa, and candidates must declare they have no intention to remain in the US after their training. Maximum length is 18 months. It is however legal to file for an H visa while under a J visa. |

| The advantage is clear : while the new employee is actually at work, the company has up to 18 months to decide on his full time employment, and if so to prepare the immigration dossier with maximum chances. |

| Companies are expected to provide the 'offer of training', in which they will outline what candidates will learn from the training period. |
